Unknown password requirement

OfficeJet Pro 9010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just set up my new printer/scanner and connected it wirelessly to my PC and it was working fine.  I subsequently went into HP Support and it prompted me to install a software update, which I attempted but failed to complete.


Now when I go to operate the printer from my PC I get a message on screen stating that a custom password has been set for my printer, which it requires me to enter to access printer web interface.  I have no idea what this password is or how to find it.  the WiFi password on my router does not work.  Help!!

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 


The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
