Hello Community,

Greetings to all. I have an 8620 OfficeJet Pro that manifested a printer issue shortly after change a 951 ink cartridge. I have tried to reinstall the old cartridge again but it prompted the old cartridge message prompt.

The description provided to me by the machine is vague at best, so I do not know what exactly is wrong with the machine. Any help in helping me diagnose the issue is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Regards,

Chong
