I recently purchased a 9015 Inkjet printer to replace my 8600. The ink cartridges are different 962 vs 950. I have an unopened/unexpired 950 cartridge and would like to exchange it with 962. I believe I purchased the 950 from Walmart or Best Buy. Can you let me know if I can exchange this cartridge under your exchange program even if I did not directly purchase from HP?

I contacted the phone support, but the representative did not know about the exchange program. He said he could help me recycle the unopened cartridges. Can anybody here let me know if HP still has exchange service and if so who to contact? Thanks,

I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
