My Officejet 6950 gives every afternoon beeps during a few minutes. How can I remove this?

I see from your post that you are having issues with your HP OfficeJet printer. No worries, I'll be glad to help you.

 

The beeping noise is not normal in ideal situations. To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this: 

  • Did this issue start after any hardware changes (paper jam, ink cartridge replacement, etc.)?
  • Do you see any blinking lights on the printer?
  • Is the printer able to print and make a photocopy?
  • Is there paper in the paper tray?
  • Are you using original HP ink cartridges or refilled ink?
  • How is the printer connected? USB/Wireless

While you respond to this post, I would suggest you try these steps here: 

 

Perform a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove USB cable, if present.

Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

 

Next thing, I would suggest here is to update the printer from the control panel: 

 

To update the printer using the printer control panel

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch

 ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools.

3. Touch Update the Printer.

4. Touch Check Now.

 

Once done, restart the printer.
