Hi,

My printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675 is showing the message - Incompatible Cartridge. 

I had purchased the printer in Chile and moved to India last year. I am using the Cartridge number 680 (black and color) , but I am getting this error message time and again.I have tried to reset the printer, but the problem persists. 

 

unable to connect to the HP helpline number is India, no one responds and its always busy. Need some tech support on priority.
