Vertical lines on print occasionally appear - is there a drum to clean/change? Have tried cleaning the glass panel to the left of the big glass tray bed.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting vertical lines while printing.

  • Are you getting verticle lines while printing from a computer or making a copy?

Meanwhile:

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

If you are getting verticle lines while printing this, refer to this HP document for more steps to fix this issue:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
