I have been having constant issues  with printing form one of my computers. Printing works fine form other computers, but this computer can install HP software and errors whenever I try to print. Eventually I managed to speak to someone on the phone who change 50 things and made it work hooray.  Unfortunately I then tried to use the HP Scan Extended software which wrecked it again.  I have spent hours on this forum unable to solve the issue so just want to speak to a tech support person who knows how to fix this. I can't phone because i have to give a case number and the virtual support agent never gives me a case number. Please can you get tech support to contact me.

@theferret I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
