I am having trouble connecting my HP Photosmart Premium to the wireless connection in the office. We have A&T wireless rounter and I have the SSID and the wireless network key but it's still not working. Can anyone assist with this matter?

ISP-issued routers are typically junk. AT&T's is particularly bad.

I realize this post is old but Ive spent hours trying to troubleshoot the same issue as the original poster and figured id share my solution.
My problem was that my router is dual band (2.4 & 5) and was set to "smart connect" devices. Which means it auto assigns devices to a band when they connect. This was causing the issues with my printer and prompting the "passphrase" error when trying to configure the new wireless settings after installing a new router. I had to switch off the "smart connect" feature on my router and make sure i selected the 2.4 wireless connection in the wizard. After that it connected flawlessly.
