Product: HP Pagewide Pro MFP 577dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

From time to time, by printer goes offline.  When it does I cannot print to it.  However, it is actually connect to the WIFI.  I think the IP address changes for some reason.  When this happens, it "appears" to go offline when you try to print.

 

I am trying to understand how to set the print up to have a static IP address.
