Printer is malfunctioning, but cannot get support because says warranty expired. I already submitted a dispute TWICE with no response more than 10 months ago (before any issues). Now, the warranty only has about 15 days left but I cannot get service. I tried to submit a dispute but the form is not working on Windows or on my Mac.
I have no where to escalate to since everything keeps pointing me back to "out of warranty" and go to the "community". I purchased this printer direct from HP online so this is quite ridiculous.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
