We bought new ink and it will not print

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Make sure that the cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly. I would suggest removing the black cartridge. Turn it over and examine the area around the ink vent. There are four orange plastic spots, leftover from the protective cap. Make sure these are flush with the cartridge body,
