What is "Marker supply" and what do I do to fix "marker supply low" so I can print again!

There are two fixes in other posts.

1) with the power to the printer on, remove the power cord, wait a minute or two, power back up.

2) with the power on, remove the ink cartridge's, remove the power cord, wait a minute or two, power back up, install the ink cartridge's.

No joy.

 

I had seen that possible fix in the community postings and I tried it a few times. No joy. I tried it again just now and still no joy.

 

What am i to do?

Tried both options and still not working.  Any other ideas?
