Hi - I had a problem with my printhead and have now replaced it, but the printer is now asking for the setup cartridges to be installed. I don't still have these. Is there any way around not having the setup cartridges?
I've tried doing the "power cycle" reset suggested in the HP support pages but that doesn't help.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer which are particular printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Thank you for replying to my post, but I do not get the screen shown in your private message to me. When I power up the printer it shows the HP logo and then goes straight to a scree which says: "Incompatible Ink Cartridges. Please use the Set p Cartridges that came with the printer."
The TL and TR buttons are not showing on this screen.
Any ideas please?
