Hello ! I have a problem with my printer. It shows that the print carriage cannot move but I find no jam inside. I have tried everything but I cannot solve this. I can move the carrage freely with my hand. I saw in others issues that there are some steps to do for an advanced reset.
Can someone help me with those steps?
