HP Recommended
Product: HP DeskJet 2636
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Every time and every configuration I've tried, I can not get the printer to print my photos completely 5x7.

It always adds a 1/2 inch space at the bottom of the photo.

I've tried resizing, opening in paint, all kinds of things, to no avail.

Any help would be very appreciated.

What is the paper type being used here? Have you tried printing from a different computer?
