Hi,

I am having the problem where my ink is smudging when I try to highlight even after a few days. I didnt see a solution for the 6000 series. I'm using the standard ink that came with it, and im assuming will come as a part of the subscription plan, and I am using HP Office20 paper with Colorlok. Is there a way to adjust the printer in order to prevent this from happening?

Could be an alcohol-based highlighter pen. You might need to get a water-based highlighter pen.

Print yourself a single sheet, go to a stationery store where you can test highlighter pens on your print paper.
