HP Designjet 750C plus

I recently acquired an HP Designjet 750C plus wide format plotter/printer (obviously second hand by about two decades, but still functional at time of acquisition).

During transport the spittoon spilled, so I had to clean it carefully following the instructions in the Service Manual that I downloaded as a pdf along with the User's Guide.

Unfortunately I didn't read the bit about not touching the nozzle plates on the ink cartridges (HP44 and HP45), especially with solvents like the isopropyl that I am used to using on other products, however I still have unused black cartridges that seem to work.

I do want to run through the major diagnostics to determine if any systems were damaged by the original ink spill, or if my efforts may have damaged any part of the ink carriage, etc, however if I follow the directions to find the Services Test Menu on page 8-20 of the Service Manual I cannot find it, nor does it show up on the Menu demo print out.

Can anyone tell me where it would be?

Other than just needing an affordable wide format printer, I want to take care of this gianormous beast that I have named "the Behemoth", as an artifact from a significant phase of the acceleration of information and print technologies (it will keep good company with my microfiche reader and Leroy Lettering set which arguably could be it's great grandparent).
