Where do I find "cleaning printer head" prompt, or do I need to do it manually?

To assist you better, I'd like to know the following-
What happens when you try to print regular documents?
Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
Have you tried printing a print quality diagnostic report? Here is how you do it-
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report, and then evaluate the results.
Load plain, white paper in the input tray.
On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon .
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
The printer prints the Print Quality Diagnostic report.
If the quality is bad, follow the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
