Product: HP Envy Photo 7800
Operating System: iOS

I ordered HP Envy Photo 7800 last week and it was delivered last Saturday. The printer looks nice and works fine in printing documents.

1. Printing Photos
I tried printing 4x6" photos, the quality is perfect. However, when I tried to print an A4 Photo, I noticed that there is a white horizontal lines.

 

2. Scanner
The glass scanner is working good. But I tried to scan using the ADF, and there is streak or lines in the document.

I printed the Print Quality Diagnostic and followed the Clean Cartridges and Align Printer, unfortunately the result is still the same.

I would appreciate if you can help/assist me on this.

Does the print quality report look like the one in step 8 in this link?
