Product: HP OfficeJet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer is consistently leaving white streaks across black text, making it unreadable. I've tried several troubleshooting steps including cleaning the cartridges, cleaning page smears, and aligning cartridges. I also tried printing a print quality diagnostic report but I can't even read the text on the page. My black ink cartridge is a quarter full of ink still.

Get yourself a new black cartridge.
