Product: HP OfficeJet 3830
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My computer won't connect to my wifi, when I go to choose a wifi network to connect to it does not show up. And if I try to enter my own network name and password it still does not connect. It may be a problem with my wifi router but I have wifi everywhere else in the house.

Looks like it ONLY know 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast BOTH bands (dual bands) which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz it should see 2.4GHz SSID.
