I have an HP Office jet pro, I connect it wirelessly and has no problems for the first couple of years.
But in the last few months the connection started to drop out intermittently, then it stopped connecting full stop. I spoke to virtual agents, HP support, I even changed my router. I have been through every suggestion and process I thought possible to fix the problem but it still won’t work.
When I print the diagnostics page out it mentions NO FILTERING - FAIL. Please can anybody suggest anything new as this is driving me mad!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the wireless connectivity issue on the printer. Let us try these steps:
Restore the network settings on the printer
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network > Restore network defaults.
Go back to Network setup > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard > Choose your network
- Make sure the printer and the iOS device are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the iOS device should be on the 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
- Also, check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'.
To know how to print from your iOS device, refer to this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
