Above I have attached 3 pictures that demonstrate my problem. Whenever I try to print anything I get blocked with an “ink cartridge depleted” error. I’ve even tried copying something manually from the printer and selecting “start black ink copy” and it still gives me an error that my cyan is depleted. How can I over ride this? I just need to print in black and white.
also HP really needs a number to call to speak to someone over the phone. Having to create an account and ask a forum is a big hassle, luckily I understand computers so it’s not a big deal for me. But for the average person I’m sure this would be an extreme inconvenience.

Your printer is designed to print only when all ink cartridges have ink. Some ink from all the ink cartridges is used in periodic servicing tasks. This helps to prevent issues such as printhead clogs and poor print quality. There is no way to bypass this feature.
You must replace empty ink cartridges to resume printing:
