Product: Office Jet 6830
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I recently changed the colored ink in my printer with HP cartridges.  Now it will not print.  The printer makes all the usual noises and movements but spits out perfectly white paper.  I have rebooted the computer, restarted the printer and cleaned the heads.  It is not a quality of print issus - it is a NO print issue!

My problem resolved when I installed a new black cartridge, even though the ink level was not low.
