Won't print blue after 2 different new blue cartridges

HP Office Jet Pro 6830
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Despite installing, separately, two different, new, genuine HP Cyan ink cartridges, my inkjet printer won't print blue. Black, yellow and red are fine. But NO BLUE.


I already cleaned the printer heads to the third level.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the print quality issue. 


Appreciate you trying the steps. Let's try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware


If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.


If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
