Despite installing, separately, two different, new, genuine HP Cyan ink cartridges, my inkjet printer won't print blue. Black, yellow and red are fine. But NO BLUE.
I already cleaned the printer heads to the third level.

Appreciate you trying the steps. Let's try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
