Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi.

For some reason my printer has started to print entire text boxes and their contents 8mm smaller than they should be! Not sure if it's the printer or Microsoft Word on my computer but it worked absolutely fine when I printed the same document about a week ago.

On the actual Word document it says the box is 120mmx12mm but printing 112mm and the other ont eh same page should be 115mm but printing 107mm.

I haven't changed anything at all - any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Hi @Sazel82

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • If the issue is limited to printing word documents, this could be an application-specific issue.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win PC and check if the issue persists

Click here to download and know more about the app.

Try updating and repairing MS office on the PC.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
