I was worried when I saw the pool of ink below the "docking area". So relieved. All of a sudden my HP isn't printing in blue. Cleaned the printhead multiple times, aligned, and cleaned smear. No luck. Even replaced the cartridge, however, when I run the test page, no blue at all! Tried to see if the cable was loose, but it appears to be fine. Is it time for me to service the printer?
