Changed cartilage out to remove white streaking (part of lettering missing across page), printed test, alignment, and a couple more needed pages; and everything looked great. Approximately two months later, streaking of black returned. When I first performed cleaning & deep cleaning, NO black ink was printed? Waited 24hrs and, using printer properties (1903 windows 10), printed a test page. Black ink showed back up but streaking came back. Performed cleaning / deep cleaning three more times. Printer reporting black ink full. Color ink printing ok but black ink still showing streaking...

Get a plastic dish and put 1/4" of hot water in it.
Remove the black cartridge and put the print nozzle down into the water.
Let it soak for five minutes, then remove and clean the contacts with a lint free wipe.  (coffee filter)
Put it back in the printer and run a cleaning cycle.

If you still have streaks then you will need a new cartridge.
