Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer HP officejet 4650  is not printing.  The scan doctor app says there is nothing wrong with the printer.  Spooler, ink, print heads etc are supposed to be all fine.  All icons have the green tick.  However there is absolutely not one mark on the paper.  I have printed the test page and nothing.  I have tried copying and nothing.  What can I do?

Please help

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can check if the cartdiges are out of ink?

Else, can try cleaning the cartridges:

Follow the steps below:

1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, then touch “Setup” (Gear icon).

3. Touch “Tools”, then touch “Clean Cartridges”.

4. Examine the print quality on the “Print Quality Diagnostic report”.

5. If the colors are printed, click “No”. You can stop troubleshooting.

6. If the print quality is unacceptable, click “Yes” when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.

If that doesn't resolve the issue,

Hope that helps.
