Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

installed a new genuine black cartridge in my deskjet 2632, printed a few sheets all good.  went away for few days

now the print is missing lines.  i have run the cleaning program multiple times. tried using a lint free cloth to clean contacts

but it is still the same.   I have only ever used the genuine cartridges for my printer .  any ideas on a fix?

not sure if its worth the cost of buying another new cartridge and having to throw a 80% full one away.

or just look for a new printer ..

Hello,

I'd suggest you to perform the CLEAN CARTRIDGE program at least 3 times and check if that improves the print quality.

If issue still persists, i'd suggest you to call HP Tech Support for further assistance.

Thanks.

I ran the clean cycle multiple times and result is still the same , think I will just have to bite the bullet and get a new cartridge, and put it down to bad quality... thanks again for the suggestion.
