HP Recommended

My warranty is long expired. I might as well throw it out the window and go buy a better brand printer. I can't believe all the other posts I read on here having the same issue and no one could figure out how to fix it.

@Gibson2,

 

It a hardware issue and you may want to contact HP to have the device repaired, or if the device is not within the warranty, you could check with the local tech for repair or the store for upgrade options.
