HP officejet 5230

Brand new HP Officejet 5230 printer - all set up and ready to go, but repeatedly shows 'paper jam' Open the cartridge access door, open the paper path door at the back and then clear any paper jam.

Printer has never been used and no paper is jammed. I have followed the on display and online trouble shooting, but nothing has resolved the problem? Anyone else had this issue?

Hi,

Please refer to the below first time setup document, there might be some packing material or some doors that may have not been closed correctly, due to which its giving u the paper jam error.

Hope this helps.
