Hello Community,

 

At first, sorry for my english. The community is my last step. I bought a Office Jet 7740. Now, the printer is defect. He print only blurred, not at all, .... sometimes nothing. Horizontal or vertical stripes...

 

So, i called the telephone support, i get an Ticket number and a i should be called from "Hardware-Support" next day.

Nothing. Few days later, i get a mail:

 

Guten Tag ,

Ihre Fallnummer xxxxxx wurde aktualisiert:

  • Falls bei Ihrem Produkt noch ein Reparatur- oder Austausch-Service aussteht, überprüfen Sie Ihren Servicestatus.
  • Beachten Sie, dass Ihr Supportfall bei anderen Szenarien geschlossen wurde.

Einzelheiten zu Ihrem Fall:

  • HP Fallnummer: xxxxx
  • Seriennummer: xxxxxx
  • Produktnummer: xxxxx
  • Produktbeschreibung: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
  • Interne Referenznummer:

So, what? The telephone-support called me, i get a new printer, now the ticket is closed. No answer, nothing and now???

 

I called again and the same procedere at the last time. 3x the same.

 

Please help me.

My printer is in guarantee, he is normally used. I need the printer every day!!    HP, 3 years guarantee is for ass... when nobody takes care!
