Hi! there is a three-piece nylon/delrin-looking 'flap' in the paper feed area where the thirdmost part is held on by flimsy little plastic tabs. It broke. I have printed less than 100 pages on this thing and have only had it a few months. The breakage is not due to the application of unnecessary force or anything destructive on my part. Is there anyway to get a replacement plastic flappy thing assembly sent to me? Or maybe two, since they seem to break so easily? It's such a cheap part to break so readily on this nearly brand-new printer. It appears to make it such that the 'refeeding feature' of double sided printing no longer functions and paper jams now readily happen rendering the entire printer unusable. Unfortunately the sticker on the back of the printer is printed too small for me to read the serial number or product number off of. It says OfficeJet Pro 9015 on the front.
