Hi, are there any setting adjustments I should do to be able to print with a 300 gsm photo paper. It says on the description that it can print up to 300 gsm and when I tried it, hte printer's sound isn't so great and it keeps showing up a paper jam issue. Can you please help me?

Thank you!

@Dyobee, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

What type and size of photo paper are you using?

Have you tried printing on any other photo papers?

Yes, according to the printer specifications, this printer supports printing on a 300g/m² photo paper.

Make sure the photo papers are loaded correctly. Refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
