Product: HP Envy 5541

HI wondering if anyone can help.  For some reason our printer has now stopped printing in colour and only prints in black and white.  If we print from our phones it is fine but from our acer computer will not do it.  Please can you help?

If anyone has instructions what I need to do please make these simple as I know a bit about computers but I am no expert - many thanks in anticipation

Hi,

 

Thank you for contacting HP.

For me to help you on the issue, I would need to understand the below:- 

 

What is the Operating System you have on the Acer computer.

How is the printer connected? Via a USB Cable or via Wireless?

Have you tried to download and Install any printer driver on the PC?

Do you have others printers also connected to the PC?

 

Once I have the above information, I will be able to help you further.
