unable to connect through wireless network anymore using desktop software

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Did you give printer and print permissions on the network?
- Have you tried with the USB connection setup?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Under control panel, network and sharing make sure that you allowed file and Printer sharing.
