Officejet 6500 wireless
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cartridge is stuck on the right side and will not move.  Error message says Paper Jam.  There is no paper jam.  I have tried everything and the cartridge does not move.  time for a new printer??   Printer just stopped working because the carriage is stuck.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing carriage jam issues with your HP Officejet 6500 All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if there is an obstruction in the carriage path.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Carriage jam
