Cartridge Cradle will not move. Model # Q8341A on HP Photosmart C5500. Had been working fine. Just went to print again and started out by clear paper jam. Checked all of that, gone through several suggestions online to no avail. Anything left to do?

If you have already tried all the steps from the document A 'Carriage Jam' or 'Carriage Blocked' Message Displays for HP Photosmart C5200 and C5500 All-in-One... and the issue still persists, it could be a hardware failure.
