I have suddenly got a message on my printer saying "ink cartridge problems" and needing to remove and reinsert my black ink cartridge.HP instant ink sent the cartridge and has been working OK for 2 weeks.Tried everything and printer is 3 weeks out of warranty!!! Can't find a number to ring.can you help please. thank you
