cartridge error message

HP officejet 3831 all in one series
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have suddenly got a message on my printer saying "ink cartridge problems" and needing to remove and reinsert my black ink cartridge.HP instant ink sent the cartridge and has been working OK for 2 weeks.Tried everything and printer is 3 weeks out of warranty!!! Can't find a number to ring.can you help please. thank you

I understand you are not able to print due to an ink cartridge error.

Which ink cartridge is indicated in the error?

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
