cartridge error not resolved after completing all diagonstics
Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
While printing I got a message that a cartridge was empty. I replaced cartridge with a brand new HP cartridge and resumed printing. In trying to print subsequent document I got a 'cartridge problem' message that one or more cartridges are damaged or missing. At this point only one cartridge was nearly empty so I replaced that cartridge too with a new HP cartridge straight from the package. No help. I then followed ALL diagnostics recommended with no solution to my problem. What next?
