cartridge problem

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the error message on my printer says "one or more cartridges are missing or damaged".  I checked all cartridges , replaced them and still got the same message.  I put in new cartridges and still got the same message.  There appears to be nothing wrong with the cartridges.  The printer won't do anything, not even scan.  Please advice.  I tried all of your suggestions.  Nothing works.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
