cartridges error Hp Officejet 7740 compatible Ink

OFFICEJET 7740

Hi!

I purchased replacement cartridges for my hp 7740 printer. They are compatible and not original. After having delivered the comparison on the registered display "One or more missing or damaged cartridges". And I can't print. Also, due to this error I am unable to update the firmware with the latest one.

What can I do to use my printer? Or Should I throw it?

Regards

@Alecaponi

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

You can try steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-7740-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-series/768...

If the issue still persists, try inserting Genuine HP ink cartridges.

Let me know if this helps.
