Printerdeskjet 2132 bought in CHINA. I moved to UAE but here I can buy cartridge 63 ( for US region), so need to reset region to accept the new cartridges. How to reset and change region in US?

Hi,
You cannot change the printer to another region, but only to your specific region where you're located.
As originally HP 803 cartridges were used in China, for the Middle East get a full set of genuine HP 123 black and tri-color cartridges and have the printer connected to a computer.
Then, contact HP Support in the middle east and a support agent will be able to reset your printer for the UAE:
