On 15/12/2017 I received a color cartridge for my printer. It workt a few days. I send it back ,but until today I did not receive a other one

I have checked the records and I have processed order to ship you a set of color ink cartridges.
Also, Since you had a delay in receiving the cartridges. I'm shipping the ink cartridges with an express shipment.
You should be receiving the ink cartridges in few days.

Instant ink Email Address
Instant Ink Account Number
Address to ship the cartridge
Do you need black or color ink cartridges?
