Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On 15/12/2017 I received a color cartridge for my printer. It workt a few days. I send it back ,but until today I did not receive a other one

I have checked the records and I have processed order to ship you a set of color ink cartridges.

 

Also, Since you had a delay in receiving the cartridges. I'm shipping the ink cartridges with an express shipment.

 

You should be receiving the ink cartridges in few days.

I understand you received the ink on last may but till now you have not received any ink.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

As you mentioned you received the ink on last may but till now you have not received any ink. 

 

I'm really sorry to know about the concern you are facing.

 

Please share few details in a private message, so I can check the account details and initiate an order to ship you a set of replacement ink cartridge.

Serial Number of the printer

Instant ink Email Address

Instant Ink Account Number

Address to ship the cartridge

Do you need black or color ink cartridges?
