Product: Apple Mac
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I've just purchased an HP Deskjet 2620 and have set it up ok. But it only prints existing documents, or colour photos in black and white. Is this correct? I have copied a colour photo and this worked well. Please help!

@Deebs1951, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Are you using a Windows or a MAC?

Which application are you using to print?

Try printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists.

If the printer is able to make color copies fine, it means the printer hardware is working fine and this could be a possible driver issue.
