Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I have a HP officejet 5255 and I have a dell laptop made in like 2011 and I'm running windows 10 on it. my computer says that my printer is offline and its not. Restarted both in different combinations, no change.  Ran trouble shooting on my computer and it says that it is still offline and to turn on my printer. I printed out all the info from my printer and it says that there is not problem with the connection. I can print from my Samsung smartphone no problem. please help.
