Hello,  The cyan cartridge has stopped printing.  I have two new cartridges and at first it was saying cartridge error on both.  Since doing a hard reset and several cleaning cycles the cartridges are showing no errors and full ink, but still not printing.

I can occasionally get a tiny hint of cyan but after an area half the size of a 5p piece it stops again.

The printer head has no leaver so I can't remove it for a manual clean either.

@RGS23, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The printhead is non-removable on this model printer. If you have already used 2 cyan ink cartridges and the issue persists, this could be an issue with the printhead of the printer. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
