cyan stopped working on ENVY 7640

ENVY 7640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried replacing cartridge.  Same problem.  All colors print on test page except for cyan.  I notice this question had been posted before and followed all the advice there to no avail.  Time for a different printer?
