Product: 3510 e-all-in-one series

 can I get a new free cartridge for the defective one from HP with an exp date of 5/13/21.  Bought another one and the printer works fine. Printer recognized defective  one as new and full, but would not print black ink nor complete alignment page.  Cartridge is  HP 61 XL .
